After a lot of thought, I've decided to take a break from creating Minecraft Horror Maps and active development under RonixStudios.
One of the main reasons is the current state of horror game development within the community. Too many projects are being rushed without the time, planning, creativity, and polish needed to create a truly immersive horror experience. As a result, player interest in many horror projects has begun to decline.
A recent example was "The Obelion," a project announced for release on March 18, 2026. While the concept had strong potential, the game was reportedly only around 15% complete and faced development issues that prevented it from moving forward as originally planned. Situations like this have made me reconsider my own direction as a creator.
I've always believed that great horror comes from atmosphere, storytelling, tension, and attention to detailโnot rushing projects for popularity.
This is not the end of RonixStudios. I'll still be around supporting the community, sharing ideas, and possibly returning in the future with something bigger, darker, and more advanced than before.
Thank you to everyone who has supported my projects and ideas throughout this journey.
I want to create this map content, but the comments below say there is a resource pack problem. If everything is ok please let me know and I will play it
The blocks are missing the texture, they have that question mark, and night 1 isn't working. I managed to burn the table and now I can't make pizza to serve the customers. You probably didn't add the addon to the map files.
Im so sorry to hear about that, I've "Updated" the game to where you won't have to encounter those Bugs, if you still have problems, then please say so. ("Yes the add-ons have been in the correct spot all along, you probably didn't require all Mods for your world")
