For anyone wondering, to set a second position you must sneak and break the block that you want to set as the second position.

how can I select a second position because if I set a first position and then I set a second position it instead make it the first position

I have updated the mod. Please ensure you are in creative mode. and are an operator. You must also set your primary and secondary position with the axe

You need to be an operator in creative mode. Also ensure you have set your first and second positions.
