There's this weird bug that cuts off the top part of the shield, is it intentional?

after using this texture pack for a few weeks, overall i love it, i love the textures for the bow, the swords and tools, but what i hate about this texture pack is the nether portal, it becomes RGB and i hate it, please update it so that theres a slider to choose whether to enable the RGB portal or not, thanks
