Architectural - Stairs, Lanterns & Visuals Update

- Added compability for Vibrant Visuals and RTX packs.
- Added stairs for each wood design except Spiral & Square.
- Added a new deco block: Wooden Lanterns.
- Fixed a bug that didn't let break the slabs faster with axes.
- Added recipes for all stairs.
