Interesting, although I wouldn't really recommend it because, when you're mining, you'll unknowingly fall into the void and die.

Yea, this is just for those who don't want to go through the hassle of removing Bedrock when building something where they need access to the void/nether roof etc...

This behavior pack sadly doesn't increase build limit.
