Bubbles! With a bubble wand and solution, you can fill the skies with color. Blow big or small ones, any color, or even glow in the dark! And now, you can target anyone to swarm them with bubbles!

Updates:
- Bubbles can now follow targets. Aim at an entity while blowing a bubble, and watch it go!
- If bubbles come in contact with water, they will become permanently attached to the water's surface, and float there until they die.
- On spawn, bubbles now have randomized speed values
Fixes:
- Leads attached to bubbles now correctly position themselves at the bottom of the bubble, regardless of how it's rotated
- Fixed the issue where bubbles would pop when yanked too hard while getting attached to a fence
