Cheats are no longer required to be enabled.
Added /hud:menu command to open settings without needing the book.
Added /hud:coords on/off command to toggle coordinates
Settings menu now shows command tips at the bottom for quick reference.
Removed the old /scriptevent dynhud:coords command (replaced by /hud:coords).
