Have you ever watched World War Z? I think it has some interesting ideas. If, in the future, zombies can reach levels 5, 6, 7, 8, or whatever you consider the highest level, it would be really cool if they could pile on top of each other and climb over walls, similar to what happens in the movie.
I imagine that would be difficult to implement, but there's an add-on called No Man's Land - Dark Ages on MCDL that does something similar. You might want to check it out. The zombie hordes in that add-on have a system that reminds me a lot of World War Z.
Of course, something like that would require a large number of zombies, but I think that would be reasonable for the highest-level zombies. Personally, I find that idea more appealing than zombies placing blocks to get over walls.
I'm not sure what direction you plan to take with your add-on, but I'd love to see something like that in the future.
Wow, I just realized how long my comment was, and I probably sound like a really demanding kid.
Anyway, make sure to get some rest too. I'm honestly impressed by how much you listen to player feedback. It surprised me because you might be one of the best developers I've ever come across. Most of the time when I leave reviews or suggestions, they just get ignored=w=
That said, zombies placing blocks to get past obstacles is still important, because having too many zombies could cause lag or performance issues. Ideally, both mechanics should be balanced-not too much of one and not too little of the other
Yea i watched that movie is really cool and scary!!
i was thinking on the max level will be level 5. thats a good idea the level 5 needs to be more agressive and mutagenic.
in my discord community i upload some updates on what i am doing !!.
thanks for your support and comments you guys really help me to improve my addon and beyond!!!
thanks for the report i will upload next week a patch for this issues thanks for helping the addon improve!!.
The fungus blocks will be fixed to be less laggy and the biome!!
wich zombies are really loud? :0
The Infected Howler is quite loud. When it spots a target, it lets out an extremely loud scream that practically blows my ears out. It's pretty realistic, but I still think it's a bit too loud.
Finally, your add-on is amazing. The zombies feel very different from those in other add-ons, and most importantly, they're genuinely terrifying. The infected villager models and sounds are especially creepy.
Your add-on also works incredibly well with other zombie-themed add-ons without any noticeable issues. Whether it's Rise and Survive, Cordyceps, or Parasites, your add-on integrates with them really well and makes for a great experience.
Hi! I really enjoy your zombie addon. Just two ideas:
1. Bleeding mechanic – when the player takes damage, they bleed for a while (the more damage, the longer the bleeding). Zombies can smell the blood and be attracted to it.
2. Jumpscare chance – if the player's current health is lower than a zombie's attack damage, that zombie has a small chance to suddenly lunge at the player for a scare.
el mod esta muy bueno la verdad, no sobrevivi lo suficiente para ver alguna ciudad (si es que la hay como en el video o es un mod aparte lo de la ciudad) pero en general muy bueno :3
But in the future will be added a minecraft style textures. Thanks for the support!!
