Glowing Addon

You know spectral arrows from Minecraft: Java Edition and the Glowing effect from there? Well with this simple addon you can add the glowing effect to all of the players.

Good addon, been waiting for this for a while, but there seems to be a small issue with a really easy fix. When using the custom commands, its impossible to turn off the glow unless you use the menu item, and from looking into the scripts it's because true and false produce the same output, so changing a 1 to a 0 is all that has to be fixed and this addon is perfect!

Yeah @Socks16 I see the issue in the addon i'm still waiting for mcpedl to accept my patch to the addon
