I was just wondering how to make the ability activator work cause i do as it says and it doesnt do anything

in my bedrock server i couldnt figure out how to get the spark ability to work or the ability activator

my new favorite addon but please make it so that the ender effect is compatible with all effects not just support thank you

idk if this will be possible for bedrock but armor trim powers can you try to make that? that mod in all those vids are sick
