Mob Levels (Base Version)

Minecraft is a bit easy, and even when you beat the hard bits you don't get rewarded as much as you could. Therefore I added new levels to mobs. The more difficult one spawn less often, but drop better stuff. This is a base version. There is enough here to change your game, but the textures are bad and things need to be re-worked. Some of these night mobs don't burn during night time.
