Anyways here's what I would do:
-Add the suns grace, a weapon from dungeons. It would to high damage and would set anything hit by it on fire.
-Add the diamond swordsman sword, but instead of diamond, it would be soul steel
-Add the soul healer, also from dungeons. This would repair any weapon used in an anvil with it to full durability, could be used 3 times.
-Add the totem of casting, again from dungeons. When used it would place down a totem of regen type entity that after 3 seconds would instantly remove all cooldowns from weapons.
-Add the firebrand, and an illager that would use it. (subliminal message to add the Scorchager)
-Add an illager that uses the soul scythe. (subliminal message to add the Soulager)
-Add an illager that would use the previously mentioned soul steel sword, potentially a rework for the illager warrior boss.
Illager chefs, and a boss variant for them.
Make the tower bosses work together more, specifically wave 1. Possibly make the Endologist summon portals and the Slimemancer actively try to push you into said portals.
Make the Electrillager and Evilager act as bosses like the twin hunters.
If the Electrillager were to become a boss, I'd add another non-boss lighting based illager to replace them.

Royal Guards, Elite Guards, Ranger Guards, Titan Guards.
Iceologer, summoning "Freezes" a possible ice equivalent to blazes

Readd Illusioners
Add Illusionists (the java illusioner)
Giant Royal guard from dungeons arcade
Telekenisis Illager
Illager General Raid-Boss
Prison structure, and jailor Illagers, as well as a prison warden miniboss
A "super outpost" command center, a place for the general if they wern't a raid boss
Driller
An advanced miner Illager that can drill his enemy bases and Doesn't do too much damage to players but can slowly destroy your armor,and this Illager Will spawn in Raid phase 3
Redstoner (Inspired by engineers)
Can't attack but can make flying redstone turret (Above it is a propeller and below it is a dispenser that shoots fireballs, arrows. And mini redstone Golem (from redstone factory)and spawn in Raid phase 3
Hogager
An illager hog beast that Will ride by Illager,same like hoglin but. This one id Illager beast and spawn in Raid phase 2
Necrillager overhauled
Necrillager Will attack with shot skeleton head and when you kill him hé Will awaken with Totem
Pyromancer overhauled
Kinda same with necrillager but this pryomancer Will can shot fireballs and even magma meteor
Chillager overhauled
Chillager Will have different overhaul because chill Will can spawn iceologer now
