Fixed an issue with conduit power not correctly applying under some circumstances.

Great idea with replacing the water breathing potions! They don't make much sense when you're able to breath water all the time!

I honestly considered allowing breathing while in the rain, but at the last minute I removed it from the game. I felt it didn't quite make sense—if you could breathe water but not air, then breathing in the rain would be extremely difficult! 😅
But that said, I really *do* like the idea that you have to be very opportunistic and use the rain to your advantage, every time it rains. The rain becomes a tool for you—it would allow you to gather wood or food that would otherwise be perilous to do so. Just another way to add more interesting layers/gameplay.
