The Opposite Tools texture pack is made by MTCPlayz and it was created for experimental purposes. This 16x texture pack for MCPE has all of 1.16.100 tools flipped so that it is upside down. Many have found it harder to play Minecraft with this Texture Pack so give it a go and tell me what you think! Please also check my YouTube channel if you want to support me for free!

This pack is so pointless why would anyone use this? The textures themselves are just regular textures but flipped upside down and flipped left.
