They can have the same physics as wind charges, but deal damage like the tiers of materials… they stack to 16, you craft them by making a + or X shape of the material, and replacing the middle with either air or string or slime balls… one crafts into 8 stars. They can he enchanted with loyalty, unbreaking and mending.
Types:
1. Copper (1 durability)
2. Gold (1 durability)
3. Rose gold (1 durability)
4. Iron (1 durability)
5. Steel (2 durability)
6. Netherite scraps (3 durability)
The best two will be able to benefit from mending as well. The others have to get lucky with unbreaking in order to be reusable. They should also be tippable in cauldrons (and obtainable with commands with these effects)
a good idea for this addon/mod that i think suits this mod a lot would be to add metallurgy similar to tinkers construct
if you do noy know what metallurgy is or what tinkers construct is it is pretty much melting down metals or ores into liquid form to shape them into tools or weapons
this could replace the smithing template crafting recipes with melting down the metals an putting them into moulds that could be found in the archaeology sites
this addition could also add much more realistic alloys(steel, Rose gold) with instead of crafting together you could melt them into liquids and mix them together in a basin or something
im sorry if this is too complex or something to add but i would love to see this added
(example: sword against broadsword. and the broadsword itself against the battleaxe.)
(not the daggers and scythes since those have their own ''niche'' uses)
also a toggle for the tiered maces would be cool since it doesnt really make the normal mace more desirable.
The weakness and mining fatigue is a feature from the combat system.
