It doesn't work, all the ores are bugged like "?" and you have to "break" them to find out which ore it is.

Any way to prevent already loaded ores not turn into dirt with question mark on it after removing the addon?

I have the same issue, I tried to ask to chat gpt but I couldn't find a way to do it, even rewriting the code (probably I'm missing something) so I guess I have to keep the addon Active

so the mod is you overlay a lightscource on the ores. 1 is doesn't do well with veinminer. 2 you have to mine it twice
