Hello everyone, it's me again - InSaRe. And this is my new texture pack - Roskomnadzor Vindicator. Roskomnadzor (RKN) is the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications. Quite recently, they blocked Discord in Russia and slowed down Youtube. This texture pack was created solely as a joke and is not trying to offend anyone!
