Here is what is included in the very first release of the pack
Added a custom loot system where mobs have a random chance to drop emerald heart containers.
Scaled the drop chances based on mob difficulty with bosses giving guaranteed drops.
Implemented a permanent health scaling system with no maximum limit.
Created a death penalty system where players lose one max heart every time they die.
Coded a background loop to make the extra health completely immune to milk buckets.
Added global server announcements when players reach massive heart milestones.
Set a minimum health limit of 5 hearts so players dont get completely softlocked.
Added dynamic lore and screen titles to make consuming hearts feel rewarding.
