It's very good but i have a question,
So when I reach level 10 and pick a skill, then enchant an item, my level drops back to 9 but the skill remains. When I hit level 10 again, I can pick another skill. This allows me to stack skills infinitely. Is this an intended mechanic or a bug?

This was patched in an eariler update, it only updates your skill if you reach the level 2 levels above your last obtained level.

eg.
Just reached lvl 20
Next update at either lvl 30 or lvl 10

Re-obtaining lvl 20 again does not grant another skill.

I'm having a problem with the addon: I can't activate either the OP or the normal menu with command blocks. I'm creating a map where I'll need those skills to progress, so I hope you fix that and that it can be activated with command blocks

is it possible to let players redeem skill points and call the prompt by using chat commands or interacting with a given skill point item rather than just letting the prompt pop up instantly when the level requirement is met? imagine prompt pops up during combat and die fr

I love this addon, but I have a few suggestions. Effect timers are now allowed to be infinite. It'd look much better than a massive countdown. If you could also make effects reapply after death when keep inventory is on that'd be great.

I am aware of the effect timer issue as it has also been reported in the past but due to how it was implemented in the addon I was forced to make it as such. I have also added a custom config menu for this mod that allows you to maintain skills after death as well a separate gamerule called, loseSkillAfterDeath. Thanks for the suggestion though!

I'm writing this using a translator. Please correct the error when you can lower the level using the repair enchantment, anvil, enchantment table, and gain the skill again.This has already been written about here

Also, when you're given a selection of items, you can click on the cross and they will update, and so on until you get the coolest ones.

I downloaded 2.0, it not work on Bedrock 1.20.80 or 81. Is this adding really only have behavior pack? Because it doesn't pop up in lv 10, and function command successfully yet no menu. I'm crying 😢

I mean not really, I mainly made that addon as a joke lol

I haven't really updated that addon that much mainly because I didn't really see it as more of a "meme addon" rather than anything really but if you do insist that I update it, please leave your suggestions under that addon's post so I can read them and I'll try my best to implement them into the addon in the future. I'd love to read your suggestions!

I really like your addon! I’d like to suggest something, if I may. For example, when we level up and reach level 10, we get a buff. But if we later drop back down to level 8 or 9 and then level up to 10 again, I think it would be better if we don’t receive the buff again. It feels a bit too easy and overpowered that way.

It's amazing, I'm using it in my realm and it completely changes the way you play. But there's one easily exploitable detail: when you reach level 10, if you enchant something, you drop back to level 9. But just by leveling up to 10 again, I get another skill point, and so on. Is there a way to prevent this exploit?

hello I have a complaint for version 1.7, when I die the skills I have obtained are reset, not only die but when I change creative mode and spectator mode, even though I have made settings before I start. different from version 1.6 where when I change to creative mode and spectator my skills remain intact without being lost. unless I add / effect to myself !! thank you sorry my language is not good. #google_translate

The reason this problem is occurring is because you have jut updated to the new version of addon, which means that the skills would not be saved previously. Versions after (v1.7) will not have this issue however as settings are globally saved.

(Except the currently active skills which I forgot to add in this version it'd be fixed next update though)

Hey so every other effect seems to be just fine, but speed tends to disappear after a few minutes or logging off and back on.
Also i appreciate not being limited💯

Yes, v1.7 saves your currently active skills and reapplies them when they are missing so I'd be better v1.6.

could I make a suggestion? Could you make it so the effects can't be cleared (if possible)? Because I recently found out that combining different add-ons that provide effects would cause you to lose the effects gained from skill points if your using a item that provides a effect and you remove it.
