The City of Swagtropolis

added interiors for many of the houses by the racetrack
worked on the interior of the hotel by the asylum
added some infill buildings in empty lots near city hall

updated some roads near the asylum
began building the swagtropolis tool factory complex and added more warehousing space to the city
