We still haven't been able to successfully release it on the Minecraft Marketplace due to some complicated reasons... So, we've decided to make the original add-on available for free on MCPEDL instead. Please give us a few hours, and it will be out soon!

Thank you, the full version of this add-on was originally intended for submission to the Minecraft Marketplace, but Microsoft rejected it, citing "failure to meet minimum quality requirements." We have resubmitted the add-on to the Minecraft Marketplace, and if it gets rejected again, we will consider open-sourcing it. The full version of the add-on supports features such as enchantment chaining, custom block chaining, crop chaining, and the ability to break over 4,000 blocks at once

The full version supports adding custom vanilla blocks. In future updates, we will also add support for custom blocks from other add-ons
