I asked my friend about it, before the actual problem when using third party apps while playing Minecraft, sometimes I could make an add-on that weren't suggested by my friend like releasing some random things that makes a difference about me on making it.
Due to this, now I had to do it when I cannot even switch an audio from an third party app while lagging in Minecraft.
/music queue music.playful_massacre [Volume] 0 play_once/loop
When a player joined while an music is active, they won't hear it unless you had the repeatable command block active for players that joined now.
Edited #1: Unfortunately it's not having an behavior pack since it's only an Resource Pack sooooo, I'm sorry if I'm not able to make an behavior pack for this add-on.
