This addon adds 16 different colored boomboxes to the game, The boomboxes can play 4 different songs, simply walk up to a boombox and click "play music" to play a random song, to stop it click "stop music". All songs are copyright free.

Updated for the latest version, 1.12.0.14.

Slight texture modifications.

Each boombox is now it's own entity, you can no longer dye them.

For some reason when this pack is active, i am unable to swim into one block spaces on the world... this makes no sense.

Hi, I really enjoy this mod but I found a glitch and I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered this;

I’ve been able to customize the music discs, but for some reason, “Disc 11” doesn’t play any audio, it just remains silent.

I’ve even tested it out on the “jukebox” and reverted it back to the original copy of the mod but it still persists to not playing “Disc 11”.

Hopefully this gets fixed.

Is there any way to craft these boombox, i don’t really want to keep changing to creative mode a lot of times just to spawn boom box there in my survival mode.

Is there no way to edit the addon files to place your own music? (only for personal use and not for redistribution)

Yes, you can add your own music. Simply locate Games>Com.Mojang>Resource Packs> Boombox Add-on R> Sounds> Music> Records. Replace the files in there with your music of choice. Any other questions feel free to dm me on Twitter @Prof_Magz

go to a site that converts mp3 to ogg
copy a youtube song link and paste in the bar
and download the ogg
after your diwn go o efile explorer
go to the addon delete the disc u wanna replace then change the name of the song u downloaded
to the name of the music disc

Go into file explorer and idk its very confusing but it works
