Chromatic Visuals v1.2.1

This update is a simple update to just bring minor adjustments to the pack to get ready for the v2.0.0 release

Lighting

- Adjusted Night time illuminance from 0.75 to 1.25 across most biomes (Pale Garden stays at 0.25)

Textures

- Adjusted MER for particles. Bubbles, Critical Hits, and Dripping Water/Lava will no longer glow.
- **ALL OF VANILLA RTX PBR IS REMOVED, THIS IS TO GET READY FOR THE 2.0 UPDATE**

Water

- Added a custom water file for Swamps and Mangrove Swamps, water in these biomes will be a bit more green and murky.
