I put this pack in my realm server so my other friends can use it too but for some reason it deletes itself?

For some reason the pack does not show up on my global resource packs?

You should just be able to run the .mcpack file with minecraft and it should install itself. If that is not the case, you can put the contents of the .mcpack file into a folder and place that folder in "C:\Users\Home\AppData\Roaming\Minecraft Bedrock\Users\Shared\games\com.mojang\resource_packs"
