It won’t let me smelt outside raw zinc

This addon is great but can you change the texture of melting basin or the casting basin?

Is there an other way to get llama zinc that doesn't involve finding it in villages ? I used spyderrock's minesanity modpack and i there's only one type of zinc that can be found which isn't smeltable...
1
Are you planning to add the capability to melt ingots in the near future?
1
Pretty cool but you could make it better if you used blocks instead of entities.
1
I made this a while ago before this sort of thing was possible with blocks.

Credit the original idea!!! Also did you ask permission from original idea?
(Tinker's construct)
1
I feel like this concept is different enough from Tinker's Construct that permission isn't necessary, and that I didn't copy any textures or code.

Sorry thaught it looks the same but tinkers armory?
1
This isn't really doing what tinkers does

This is a great addon and very unique, I'm wondering if you could add support for the enderite addon or other addons with new ores
1
With the way the addon is structured at the moment, that would be difficult. I am considering completely redoing this addon, and if I do I might add support for other addons.
1
Would love to use this forging addon in an addon pack. I want it to work something similar to sevtech progression! I might have to change a few recipes and addon molds if that bothers you.
1
Sounds cool! Just make sure to give credit. I’d love to see it when you are done.

Im using this mod from minesanity by spyderrock and the ores like zinc and other ones aren’t spawning even though I have all the experimental features on
1
1.17 broke some of the ore generation, and Spyderrock has not updated Minesanity to 1.17 yet. In the mean time, you can find zinc ingots in village chests.

Hey, Llama Studios! It's me again! Sorry for this late response, but I have no reguarly access to the internet. But, I thought about this new source of power which can convert coal to diamonds and maybe iron to gold. I have two solutions for it, both mystical, but one more magical and one more technical.
-The Philosopher's Stone
This Stone can only be found as a rare loot in temples or kind of a new structure, with a riddle in it. It can be used to brew the Philosopher's Potion. When you drink this, it would add a tag to the player which allows him to use a new block with special reagents to turn coal to diamonds. When a player uses the block without the tag, it would cause a little explosion.
-Via a powerful power
This option would add an ore to the end; a cristalline mineral. For now, I named it Unobtainium, but that's only a placeholder. You would need Strenghtened Pistons (made from pistons and obsidian) to craft the Compressor, the new block. The Unobtainium would power it to compress the coal.
Another thing: Could I please work with you on this great addon? I have (great) textures for the "Unobtainium", I can make tools, weapons and armor and I would add a german translation (I come from germany)         I haven't published any addons yet, but I work on one. To work with you on this addon would help me alot to get more secure in coding. But, it's okay if you wanna make this on your own. The only social media channel (to talk with you)  I can use is Instagram because my weak smartphone lags alot with reddit, etc. and I can only connect to the Internet on fridays. If you decide to work with me, please inform me via comments and I will contact you via Instagram. Thanks for everything!
1
Thanks for the offer. I prefer to work alone on programming projects, but if you want to, you could make some sort of expansion for this addon that adds the features you have proposed.

I don't have an Instagram account, but if you want some help making addons, you should check out the Bedrock Addons discord server. There's a lot of friendly people (including me) who can answer your questions about addons. If want to join, use the code Y2WCucDrn4 .

How do you make molten copper?
1
You will need to craft a melting basin and fuel it with lava. Right-click/interact on the melting basin with lava to fuel it, and then right-click/interact using copper ore or raw copper. You can then use a bucket to take the molten copper out.
1
I meant from ores, but since 1.17 came out it doesn't matter but thanks, another question, can I not pick up the melting and molding basins, as well as the assembly table?
1
You will need to craft a wrench, and then hold it and sneak-interact (shift right click) on any of the machines to remove them.
1
Hi, im playing this addon with the pack Minesanity by spyderrock. Ive made the smelting basin and fueled it with lava but i cant place any ore inside of it
1
Make sure you enabled experiments. Also make sure the melting basin actually has lava in it, there was a bug that caused the lava to sometimes disappear. I’ve fixed that bug, but Spyderrock has yet to update Minesanity with the latest version.

And also, great addon! I am creating mods, but Mcpedl doesn’t let me publish ‘em. :(

I think if I want you to be in my worlds I should use your mods and place a llama with an orange carpet costume, lol.
Unless I add you of friend in Minecraft, but I need your username, I will enjoy a lot a creator to enter my worlds.
