You need to delete the downloaded package from the server and re-export it.

Explanation: The game cannot export the same package twice if you have downloaded it from the deleted server. and export the downloaded one, go to the storage section. and you delete the packages in the cache inside the game.

If it is not exported automatically, go for the manual installation through the file manager.
