You need to delete the downloaded package from the server and re-export it.

If you ask Mojang to release the event maps in the feedback it would be fine.

It will probably be renamed when this year's mob vote comes out as I plan to make just one pack

If it is not exported automatically, go for the manual installation through the file manager.

Another thing is that it may not let you because you have the package in the game cache.
