What's New in V3.3

[UX Improvements]
- Reduced action bar spam for a cleaner HUD during movement:
  * Stamina bar only refreshes when the displayed value actually changes.
  * Grappling Hook status messages (hook attached / line broke) moved to chat instead of action bar.
  * Cooldown and "not enough stamina" messages no longer compete with the stamina bar when Stamina mode is on.
- Grappling Hook item type conversion feedback moved from action bar to chat.

[Performance]
- Wall Slide skips the wall raycast unless the player is falling fast enough (vel.y < -0.05).

[Item Identification]
- All action items now include the [More Actions] lore marker:
  * Double Jump, Blink, Glide, Action Settings book
  * Grappling Hook (already had the marker since V3.2)

[Distribution]
- pack_icon.png optimized: 1424x1424 (~3 MB) -> 256x256 (~130 KB). Original backed up as pack_icon.png.original.
- New packaged file: More Actions_ENG V3.3.mcpack (~146 KB vs ~3 MB for V3.1/V3.2).
