Bug Fixes

• Critical Fix: Fixed crash ("TypeError: not a function") that occurred when opening the Grappling Hook settings after changing the hook item type.
• Fixed Grappling Hook item type switching (Fishing Rod ↔ Tripwire Hook). Existing hook items in players' inventories are now properly converted when you change the type in the settings.
• Fixed the long-standing "book menu won't close" issue. The Action Settings book menu would often immediately reopen after closing (especially on right-click or touch controls). Added debounce protection to prevent re-open spam.
• Fixed broken / missing icon on the new "Reset All to Defaults" button (removed unreliable barrier texture path).

New Features & Improvements

• Reset All to Defaults added:
  • New button in the main Action Settings menu with a confirmation dialog.
  • New command: /ma:reset
  • Legacy chat command: !reset_actions
• Grappling Hook type changes now give clear feedback and automatically update items across all online players' inventories.
• Added [More Actions] marker to item lore on newly given action items for more reliable identification.
• Improved Grappling Hook settings screen (now clearly displays the current hook type + conversion warning).
