you need MB loader from playstore, also if you've updated Minecraft to 1.21.111 it will not work because Minecraft doesn't support in that version.

Oh it's working! on minecraft 1.21.60 or above only patch but something wrong? the piglin head eyes are missing not a piglin mob it's his head item
