Kinda... when using pvp mode, also you can use visual tamer and truly bedrock at the same time

Yes, but when using pvp mode, the lingering is visible for pvp purposes

I make a texture pack as same as you but instead disabling flipbook, I skip the texture from 32 to 16 and on particle, instead removing particle, I turn them to translucent and reduce pixel. But you can inspire me if you want ;)
