i tried to download it but as opposed to me importing it directly into minecraft as it usually does (i’m on ios) it doesn’t show up as an option (yes i clicked more options still nothing). i save it to files to do it that way nothing.

I never said that it's useless just stated fact that many packs that already modify UI already have their own quick settings

But for using thier quick Settings you have to use thier whole pack and some people who don't want to use their whole pack only want some features ( Ex: Quick Settings) of thier pack
