added copper doors, trapdoors (all oxidization levels)

added chiseled copper and copper grates (all oxidization levels)

added copper bulbs (all oxidization levels)

tweaked raw gold block

added raw copper block and raw iron block

I'm making some changes in the way the pack versioning is handled. Any update solely containing bugfixes and tweaks to existing textures will be patches now (x.x.1), any update containing new assets will be a minor version bump (x.1.x)

does this have all the nblocks to look like the theme or are some of them missing. another sentence. this looks really, a bit like quadral which i like and i do hope you dtep it up going over the years. nice job
