Forged Hammers (100k Downloads!)

Welcome to Forged Hammers! A add-on that adds seven different hammers with fun and unique forgery system! This add-on seeks to relive boredom that is so common when mining with a fresh and new experience. Take a look down below at what this add-on has to offer!

Forged Hammers Add-on!

Forged Hammers Add-on (Formerly Ultimate Hammers Add-on) has been completely redone from the ground up! All the dumb features were removed and some cool blocks I made were implemented.

Forgery System

Forge

The Forge is what you use to smelt buckets of material to obtain molten materials. You can interact with a lava bucket for the forge to use as fuel, one lava bucket will last 10 smelts. Wood and Stone Hammers don't use the forge system.

Forge Press

The Forge Press is a block that is used to press molten materials into hammer heads. No fuel is needed.

Workbench

The workbench is used to craft the hammers! Just put a stick and a hammer head and your good to go!

New Buckets

These Buckets are what you smelt in the new Forge block!

Hammer Mechanics

Regular Mining - Don't Sneak!
3x3 Mining - Sneak and Destroy the block! Takes more Durability!
Special Move - Sneak and interact!! Takes even more Durability then the 3x3 mining!

Hammer Durability

Wooden Hammer - 20 (They are really easy to make)
Stone Hammer - 40 (They are really easy to make)
Iron Hammer - 160
Gold Hammer - 240
Diamond Hammer - 320
Diamond Hammer 960

Texture Pack Compatibility

All blocks in Forged Hammers are compatible with all texture packs!

El addon esta muy bien, lo único que nesesitas es arreglar los martillos de piedra que no puedan picar el diamante y el lecho de madre

Not really creators fault but its impossible to go mining with friends with this mod enabled. As soon as you and your friends have gone through even 3 stone hammers using the crouch break your game will most likely break with the hundreds of stacks of cobblestone left everywhere. An actual problem with this mod is that a wooden hammer can break any block. For example if you break a stone block in a crouch break next to bedrock it will count the bedrock as stone and destroy it all the same. Also with the crouch break it only destroys the blocks closest to you not always the ones infront of you. It might destroy on the other side of the wall and not even be a visible difference unless you search for where it decided to break the wall.

I would love to fix all these things you mentioned but the simple truth is that add-ons are still very limited. When I made this add-on I had to make compromises with certain functionalities because there was no other way to do them. In a survival mode setting you would typically pick up the items. because survival.I included a "creative" hammer that doesn't drop items so you can easily use it for terraforming and such.
As for you problems with the directional system, I'm not really sure what you mean. You can mine NSEW but not diagonally. I did have a fix for the bedrock issue but Minecraft updated it and broke the query for items.

I really like the addon but when I went to craft an iron hammer and when I tried to get it I forgot to craft the forge press I was gonna press the x but there was none is there any reason why that’s happening?

WOWWWW, I never seen an addon that is compatible with all texture packs... I'm imagining that most addons are compatible (mostly biome mods)

A biome addon would most defintiley be compatible but a lot of block addons aren't.

Your addon is a bit lacking: One is that it doesn't use enchantments, the second is that the high level hammer still burns when thrown into lava, so I have to build a lot of hammers and also use the hammer a lot, it is convenient little and not convenient little.
