If you want to fill in a whole place as a safe area, just execute /fill [x coordinate corner] 0 [z coordinate corner] [opposite x corner] 0 [opposite z corner] iron_block *and if you want to make sure you dont gravely mess up or something you can do* /fill [x coordinate corner] 0 [z coordinate corner] [opposite x corner] 0 [opposite z corner] iron_block 0 replace bedrock
