You just have to click on the downloaded file and it should install itself

still confused why developer change the texture of ore because of colorblind but not all the spawn egg.

Yes I planned to do this in the next version
Now it is 1028x1028 and in the next version I will make 128x128

My Pc have 8Gb of ram, SSD, I don't think this a low device...
