Lighting, shadows, and PBR materials require an NVIDIA RTX GPU because ray tracing in Minecraft only works with RTX-enabled GPUs. Without RTX, these features won't render properly, which might be why it feels lacking in shadows.

I've heard and seen that is possible to make Deferred versions for Android and Xbox as well, would you give it a try? At least for Xbox and squeeze the Xbox Series X/S potential with the Minecraft Preview version

I don't speak English, but I decided to translate my first review on this site just to tell you how good this pack is. Ray tracing and softer lighting are the what is missing in this pack. the textures are very well done, especially the foliage. underwater lighting and dynamic lighting.
