Custom 3D Totem With Player Skin (RP)

The Steve and Alex totem work, but when I upload my skin it turns into purple and black blobs, how do I fix this?? btw my skin also has a second layer

Nice pack! can i use your resource pack to analyze it? i want to make a resource pack that change model of item, but i can't find any tutorial on youtube or google, and option left is open resource pack file and learn it by open and try understanding files inside. i won't steal any files, i'll give you credit, thank you

Wow, this is awesome. I can finally set up my totem’s look the way I want. But the small totem icon when I open the inventory is still the default. Any idea how to change that too?

You have to use the app ZArchiver or apps similar to it and just follow the instructions and once you're done adding your skin if it doesn't give you Minecraft as an option to open the file with then download the app (EX file manager) open it and press downloads press the file and look for Minecraft
