I love your pack, but i dont think you can sue people just because people repost it somewhere else. Minecraft does state that whatever the players creates belongs to them, not you.

I love how this pack looks, but for some reason the sugarcanes are just plain vanilla sugarcanes, they are not 3d. And the lilypads don’t have flowers when i place them, I suppose they only generate naturally? But keep it up dude, i love your works!

Love your addons and what not, but just so you know, if someone was to do the things you say you'd sue for a judge would laugh at you. None of that is a suable offence unless you can prove damages and there is no damages because none of your mods are pay for mods. With that said, love the work you have done. Keep it up.
