[DISCONTINUED] Vanilla RTX Pure

Updated the pack file based on Vanilla RTX 1.21.170

Note: Going forward, Pure variant (this pack) will only be updated once every few major Vanilla RTX versions.
In other words, intend to skip some updates, unless changes are too much/necessery or something breaks severely.

It is worth noting this pack is now fully recreatable by setting Normal Intensity of either Vanilla RTX or Vanilla RTX Normals to 0 via the Vanilla RTX Tuner app, so if you really need an update and the pack here is outdated, that's another way to achieve the pure variant quicky based on the latest version!
