This mod causes lag with dropping and ESPECIALLY falling items. Basically, they'll take FOREVER to fall down, as if they're lagging, even though you'll notice that NOTHING else is moving slow. Thus, i've stopped using this add-on quickly, but i'd probably try it again if there was an update fix.

It works but it has a serious flaw. After you respawn from dying, the mod stops working. Then only way to get to work again, is to quit out of your world and reload. I'm not going to waste my time doing that. Please fix it.

It doesn't edit the item entity, it uses scripts to detect the item entity and convert those item entities to drop loots on the player position.
