Oops, Let's Uncraft That is quality of life addon that allows you to un-craft blocks, like slabs and stairs, back into their components. The latest update now supports 1.21, 1.21.50, and added support for new block types.
Block Recycling also has support for blocks from my other addon, Cavern: More Rocks.

Oops, Let's Uncraft That v2.0
- Renamed the addon to Oops, Let's Uncraft That
- Updated for documentation for versions 1.21.30+
- Added blocks from Tricky Trials and Garden Awakens updates
- Signs, Fences, Fence Gates, and Wood/Hyphae can now be uncrafted
- Anvils and Chains can be smelted down into iron
- Stair crafting recipe was changed from 4 -> 6
- New 2x2 stair crafting recipe added
- Stripped logs can be crafted back into logs and vice versa via the Stonecutter
- Chiseled blocks now give full blocks instead of two slabs
- Resin brick can be crafted into a resin clump
- Two carpets can now be crafted together to get one wool block. (An alternative for crafting 3 carpets for 2 wool)
- Tall Grass and Large Ferns can be crafted with two short grass and two ferns respectively
- Fixed MCPE-42734 ahead of 1.21.80 (cut sandstone and cut red sandstone slabs can't be crafted in the stonecutter)
