FlowMo | Cinematic Camera [1.0.3 - QoL Update]

"Another cinematic camera for Bedrock? What's different about this one?"

I recently ran into a cinematographic issue that couldn't be solved by other Bedrock cinematic add-ons, so I made my own.

And I made it better.

FlowMo [Quality of Life Update]:

  • Gameplay
  • Added a tool-switching tool (that's fun to say)
  • Added a separate tool for deleting rotational points
  • Camera can now be controlled externally from other players
  • Changed Play/Stop tool to work in the End-dimension
  • Changed the tools for 'Camera Zoom' and 'Enable Looping' for optimization
  • Multiple toolsets can be utilized at the same time
  • Updated and reorganized toolsets

 

  • Commands
  • Added the changelog as 'changelog.txt'
  • Function 'point_loop' no longer improperly sends debug message
  • Function 'rot_point_add' no longer debugs any message in chat
  • Function 'scene_reset' now clears the inventory of players using toolsets
  • Function 'tools_camera' no longer gives two 'Grab Point' tools
  • Function 'tools_switch' will switch the active toolset
  • Renamed 'add_cam' to 'cam_add'
  • Renamed 'add_target' to 'target_add'
  • Renamed 'add_target_static' to 'rot_point_add'
  • Renamed 'cam_add_shake' to 'cam_shake'
  • Renamed 'scene_play' to 'scene_start'
  • Optimized code for toolset functionality
  • Updated descriptions for existing 'help_' functions
  • Updated keyframe display message

Planned:

  • Instant teleport between points!
  • Movement smoothing!

Issues:

  • Minecraft versions below 1.18.30 have been reported to not work. Please join the Discord to volunteer for version testing :)

Will you make a version of it that uses the new experimental cameras in 1.20?
you would be able to use the 'ease' option of it to make the camera even smoother; and with it people would be able to record themselves doing stuff

So I tried doing this but whenever i try to play the scene it just stops "recording" the scene so i dont really get the cinematic shots... is there a way to fix that?

My quick answer would be to do the function "scene_reset" to clear any possible conflicting values and try again. Or, you can join the Discord and I'll help the best I can!

Just tested it, and it does work! It will show 1.19.50 as a supported version once I update it.

What versions are supported? (I know it is 1.19,1.18 and 1.17 but what versions of them?)

It doesn't contain any experimental mechanics, so it should be compatible with any version you play on :D

Edit: I've found that versions 1.18.30 and below may not work, but I'm looking into this.

These Angles are too perfect even for a Bedrock Edition inspired by the Java Replay Mod :3..

I suggest you make more Effects and such, really awesome Cinematic pack, imma recommend this to my Friends :D..

You shouldn't have to download anything... if it was a pop-up window displaying ads, there is an 'x' in the top right to close it. Let me know if you were able to get it :(

I haven't found a way to copy this feature from Replay Mode, but it's definitely something I'm looking into!
