Mob Effect at the most top-right

Are you a fan of "new controls scheme" and everytime you have effects covers your jump button and it lets you touch the effect button instead? I know it's so annoying. So today this resource pack will fix this for you!

THANK YOU! I've been looking for this everywhere, but the only texture packs I found were either for older/newer versions of the game, or they just hid the HUD while making it still clickable. (I am using this texture pack on version 1.20.10 and it works just fine!)
