Some commands you may want, mainly some tips (not sure how relevant this is to you right now):
/gamerule commandblockoutput false
/gamerule falldamage false

automatic checkpointing would also be convenient. (just learn some target selectors and executing on certain points)

otherwise, good map though the skill gap between maps sometimes seems weird
