They are textures of professions, among them are: armorer, butcher, cartographer, cleric, farmer, fletcher, fisherman, librarian, shepherd, stonemason, toolsmith, weaponsmith, among others. They are all the professions of the villagers, since those would be added to minecraft before the villagers, but that idea was discarded, These textures would be something like what would happen if the pigmen had existed instead of the villagers?
