A resource pack that essentially uses the fact that easter egg names work on players, and the fact that easter egg names can change not only an entity's texture, but it's model as well. Now with an alternate version that works on servers! Please excuse the poor thumbnail image, I do not have the tools to make a good one.

Maybe adding extra checks for usernames (like one for your girlfriend's username) which points to a different model when the check succeeds? I don't really have anyone to test this addon with outside of public servers which only allows the client-based pack to work.
If that doesn't work, then I don't really know what to do, but if you do find a solution, maybe you could post it so others with the problem won't have to ask as well, and I could add instructions for solving it to the page itself.
Now that I realize, where is the download for said pack? I submitted both versions...
