oh no, Trevor Henderson's creatures invaded Minecraft To scare you, that's what you heard they added creatures by artist trevor, with some dangerous and others protective, creatures appeared in your world to make it harder (or easier)

And Also try to make it that you dont need experimental mode

If you can't install it then i recommend to extract it ("i'm on console so idk if thats a feature on other devices") after extracting it, you go into the extracted folder then you'll find a Resource Folder and a behavior folder. All you gotta do is copy the resource folder and place it inside the resource pack. Same goes with the behavior folder but instead in the behavior pack. (" i do not know if this works on other devices like mobile")

Also maybe some changes for mobs like
Pig creature
Nurpo
Forgotten baby should be hostile
Also maybe ghost lig will attack piglins and hoglins can also spawn in crimson forest and warped forest
Alien ghost spawn in soul sand valley and at night in all forest
