I think it would be better if they could use bows and be able to pick up items. (This is a suggestion you don't have to do it but you could do it if you want to.)

Pvp npc easy but noc thwt act like players a. Bot that can break blocks and place is a whole other level programming something to fight no problem but programming it to do and actions like breaking and ewter you basically are trying to code a player in the game it would be a while for someone to make a bot that acts like a actual player

The only things I can think of to make it the most realistic are a little bit of sort of side move ment when running and when breaking blocks show the particles and stuff
