Rescaled UPDATE 2! [ for MC v1.20.32 ]

Rescaled is THE addon when it comes to changing your own size in a fashionable way and combining that with a fun multiplayer experience. Not only do you have multiple scaling options for how tall or small you want to be, but also unique abilities depending on your size, which will make the day for you and your friends.

New Features:

  • Added a Shrink Pill, which allows the player to shrink at the cost of one pill.
  • Added a crafting recipe for the Shrink Pill.
  • Added a Growth Pill, which allows the player to grow at the cost of one pill.
  • Added a crafting recipe for the Growth Pill.
  • Added multiple effects that will be applied depending on your scale and other factors.
  • Added a damage sensor to apply more damage the bigger the player gets and less the smaller.
  • Added a camera shake effect for others when players with a scale of 1.15 take fall damage nearby.
  • Added fall damage reduction for larger players.
  • Added scale controlling functions and events that can be used to change the scale of players and other player-related features.

Changes:

  • Replaced the Iron Blocks in the Scaliator crafting recipe with one shrink and one growth pill.
  • All non-private messages of rescale command feedback will now only be displayed to players who are in creative mode.

Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue that prevented parrots from riding on the player. (Parrots still cannot be picked up, i'm sorry!)
  • Fixed an issue where the player adoption, player reset, and player scale reset event wouldn't reapply the scale tag correctly, causing some temporary issues.

the pills dont work and the scalitor just says "off" and doesn't let me do anything with it

also you could have 3 (or more if u want) mode of sizes, a panel, either block or entity, the portable machine, and the pills. What do u think?

Foxinstudios It would be very cool to have the Jump Power change to match the size like, if you are 0.85% your Jump Power Is lower. And maybe also add more sizes(?). Thats all from me, and also, awsome mod :)

Great mod! Heres some "wishlist" type of suggestions! Not neccesarily feedback,
- pov changes with height ( ik this one is prpbably hard to do
- hearts changing to match size
- speed buff if you are smaller? Kinda like how baby zombies sprint
- faster block break speed (haste?) If you are big

Ik the mod wasn't intended for survival at first but i feel these would probably be appreciated by survival players like myself who love this mod, its so fun, great work!

Hello! I'm already working on the hearts. The faster block break speed could be interesting, and I will try to see how that would look. The speed is also an interesting idea which I will consider. Changing the POV is really challenging to do, and I'm currently trying to find a way around it, but this will take some time.

I'm doing my best to find a way to change the point of view, but from my current standpoint, I cannot confirm that something like that will actually happen in the near future.

Really an incredible and impressive addon that works with armor from other addons and even character animation addons and a great job one of the best addons ever made thank you!!!!.
A suggestion: Adding an effect to the player with more hearts when he becomes giant would be very interesting and maybe reducing his life when becoming small if possible and maybe a height of 2x would be very funny with everyone hahaha thank you!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I really do appreciate your feedback! Also, that's a great idea, and in the next update of this addon, I will add that for sure (if possible)! When I first created the addon, it wasn't meant to be for survival, which is why I didn't add anything that would give you a different survival experience depending on your scale. I will change that!

I'm already working on a solution for it, but since this is a very demanding process, I'm not sure if I'll be able to implement a solution into the addon at the moment. Perhaps in an experimental version of the addon.
