Rewanston Shader: Hypercolor v0.6

Hi all! There's a new shader from me that is Anime themed! 

Are you ready to become an anime mc? Haha you might like this shader. This shader is a bit heavy, so I made several different variants. There are medium, low, and lite.

Unfortunately this shader doesn't support Andreno GPU and Windows 10.

The glass, candles and nether portal textures are broken for me. Any way to fix it?

I give this rating because it runs very well on my device but the clouds are not seen in the high version

i mean this is alright but why not improve on v0.5? aside from the bugs 0.5 is by far the best version of the rewanston shader series

issues:
- as with all of your other shaders, the sand shading is terribly off and the shadows look weird
- i don't know if this is intentional but the vanilla clouds are still visible alongside the shader's clouds. yes i know it's easy to turn off render clouds but i thought this issue was worth reporting

i'll be completely honest, this shader was nothing special
